Supervisors to arrive at 7:30.  Meeting will adjourn at 9:30 followed by some warm up shooting at the 5 stand and then moving on to the sporting clays course.  Group should be departing at approximately 3:00pm or after awards and cleaning of clubhouse.  Thomas Harvey is point of contact.  Approximately 35 shooters.  40-45 Attendees.
